PRIMAL LINEAGE — Raw Stone & Form System

Mood Season: A New Design Chapter Within Nhuhongart’s evolving creative ecosystem, PRIMAL LINEAGE — Lacquer & Metal Form System introduces a seasonal direction rooted in material memory and geological rhythm. This collection continues a design lineage that explores how material surfaces can carry a sense of origin, time, and spatial depth through disciplined composition.

Echoes of Geological Memory

Inspired by the ancient đàn đá lithophones of Vietnam’s Central Highlands, the system translates rhythm, resonance, and tactile perception into sculptural objects.

Here, “geological memory” is not literal stone, but a conceptual language expressed through layered lacquer surfaces and metal structures—evoking depth, compression, and time.

Form, Surface & Discipline

PRIMAL LINEAGE explores the dialogue between controlled geometry and expressive material surfaces.

Layered lacquer finishes interact with metal frameworks to create subtle shifts in depth, reflection, and texture—replacing natural stone irregularity with crafted surface intelligence.

Table lamps, sculptural objects, and spatial accents are developed as a unified material system rather than isolated decorative pieces.

Cultural Continuity & Contemporary Design

Rooted in Vietnam’s highland cultural memory yet expressed through contemporary material practice, the collection bridges ancestral resonance and modern spatial language.

It is not nostalgia—it is translation. A re-reading of material memory through structured form.

Bring Material Memory Into Space

PRIMAL LINEAGE brings a sense of material depth and rhythmic calm into interior environments, transforming spaces into quiet spatial compositions.
